How much does your shipping cost?
We provide free delivery within the UK, so the price you see is the price you pay. International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. For more information, see our Delivery page.
I purchased your product as a gift and it's being delivered directly to the recipient. Do you include an invoice with delivery?
Yes. If you don't want an invoice included with the product being shipped, please let us know in the shopping cart notes.
What happens if I wish to return my purchase?
Should you for any reason wish to return a product, we will be happy to give you a refund or exchange provided it is in fully resaleable condition*. We ask that you return unwanted products at your own expense and responsibility within 28 days of receipt of purchase.
If you receive a product that is defective then a replacement or full refund will be given, including the cost of returning the product.
If you wish to return a product then please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with the relevant information to carry this out.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
*We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised products. We are unable to offer refunds on products that have obviously been used or damaged (scratched, marked). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Can I have a longer message on my personalised decorations?
Each decoration is made to order, so we may be able modify the design to accommodate your personalisation, depending on the length. Our Acrylic and Engraved Decorations can fit any name or phrase up to 11 characters (e.g. "Timmy 2015", "Love Ava xx"). Our Acrylic Santa Sleigh can fit any message up to 20 characters, and our larger Personalised Christmas Decorations can fit messages of up to 35 characters. Please contact us to ensure your desired text will fit on your chosen design.
