TGIF @ Urban Twist: 13 November

It's full steam ahead as there's only 42 more sleeps until Christmas! Our decorations are flying out the doors, and this years biggest hit are our Personalised Snowman Place Cards

Couldn't be happier with the response to our Snowman place cards! These little guys are cut from @gfsmithpapers Lockwood Green and Vermillion card stock to jazz up any Christmas dinner ⛄

The Met Office officially named their first storm Abigail (which sounds like 'A Big Gale' - good one, Met Office) but personally we can't see much difference between this storm and every other downpour that visit Edinburgh on the regular.

But every cloud has a silver lining, as they say. Being couped up on rainy days gave us some time to indulge in some mulled wine (don't let it boil or it will burn off the alcohol) and baked camembert (Jamie Oliver's recipe called for stale bread to be baked with the camembert, but we think it's tastier with a fresh baguette).
