Made to order

At Urban Twist all of our products are made to order.  It takes varied lengths of time to make each product.   As a result, different products have different shipping times.  This is normally between 2-4 working days, however we will ship the product as soon as it has been made.  Cards purchased from the site will be sent within 1 working day.  The shipping times for each product can be found on the product details page. If you are buying multiple items then please use the longest time for shipping as we will send them out together.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charges also vary from product to product as this is calculated by the weight of each item. We will deliver our products via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (1st Class Standard for cards and smaller items) or a courier service (3-5 working days), depending on size and weight of the order. The charges start from 50p and have a maximum charge, for delivery within the UK mainland, of £5.99.  We will work out the weight of your order and give you the delivery charge prior to payment.
